Event Details

What: TASTE of the World brings Boston's finest international restaurants together for a festive evening of culinary sampling and networking, complete with a food-themed silent auction.
 
Proceeds benefit Hostelling International USA's Cultural Kitchen program, where inner-city students learn about culture and conflict-resolution through cooking.

Who: Sample the wares of some of greater Boston's favorite international eateries, including:

  • Danish Pastry House
  • Estragon Tapas Bar
  • Jacob Wirth
  • Mela Indian Cuisine
  • The Rattlesnake
  • Lucky's Bar and Lounge
  • Irie Jamaican Style Restaurant
  • Istanbul'Lu
  • Taranta
  • Trattoria Toscana
  • Vlora

When: Thursday, June 10, 2010, 6 - 8 pm

Where: the City Year Building, 287 Columbus Avenue in the Back Bay

Why: Just as our Cultural Kitchen program brings urban youth together through food, Taste of the World is a great way to meet fellow food-loving Bostonians while supporting a great program!
